Take Action for Bristol Bay Today!

Ask Congress to put an end to Pebble’s corruption and stand up for Bristol Bay

Swift congressional action is needed to stop Pebble’s clearly corrupted bid for a permit and restore public trust in the federal permitting process. Video footage shows Pebble Limited Partnership’s Tom Collier and Northern Dynasty’s Ron Thiessen bragging about their influence over the Army Corps of Engineers’ permitting process for the Pebble Mine through the highest levels of government, including the White House. In those videos, they admit to plans to build a project far beyond the scale that they’ve proposed in their permit application to the Army Corps.  Pebble has lied to Alaskans, the American public, state and federal agencies, and Congress. It is clear that they can’t be trusted and Congress needs to put an immediate stop to this corrupted permitting process.
